Such A Pain In The Pus! Three Homemade Tricks For Getting Rid Of Annoying Acne

Starting your high school years can be very exciting, unless you find yourself in a constant state of acne breakout. You don't have to hide your beautiful face because of zits that keep popping up. In all actuality, your body is changing and that includes your skin. Before you hide yourself away in your room for the rest of your high school years, try one of these homemade acne treatments to give yourself healthier and clearer skin.

Oranges

Oranges are great for your body and your skin. The citric acid and vitamin C in an orange peel will remove excess oils that your skin is producing as well as remove bacteria and dead skin. This fruit is also a natural astringent, so while removing the bacteria and oil, they will also make it harder for zits to reform, making your break outs significantly less frequent. On top of all of that, the vitamin C will help produce healthier skin cells, making your face brighter and your skin healthier.

Orange peels are simple to use on your face. All you have to do is place two orange peels in a blender with a tablespoon of water until it forms a paste. Massage the paste on your face and let it sit for about ten minutes. After the ten minutes is up, rinse your face thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Papaya

Papayas are great for your face and are actually the main ingredient in many over-the-counter face creams. Like the oranges, papaya removes the bacteria and dead skin cells from your face, allowing healthier skin cells to form. Papayas are full of papain, which is a vitamin that reduces the redness and inflammation caused by acne.

Peel a whole papaya and mash it up in a small bowl. Massage the papaya into your face and let it sit for ten minutes before rinsing it away with lukewarm water.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar works wonders on your face and skin because it kills off the bacteria that grows on your face throughout the day. If you have overly oily skin, apple cider vinegar will dry up the excess oil, allowing the healthy skin cells to grow. This ingredient will also restore your pH balance, making it harder for bacteria to skin to your skin.

Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with three tablespoons of water. Using a cotton ball or clean washcloth, apply the ingredient to your face before you go to bed at night. During your morning routine after you wake up, repeat the process and let it air dry. If your skin is a little dry in the morning, you can use a mild moisturizer.

High school really is an exciting time in any teens life, so don't let the acne keep you from enjoying it. By using one of the simple ingredients listed above, your face will be brighter, healthier and cleaner. Contact a dermatologist for more help with skin care.
